Amy Cosper (USA)VP/Editor-in-Chief of Entrepreneur Magazine
One of the most prominent voices in the world on the topic of entrepreneurship, Amy Cosper is the Editor-in-Chief of Entrepreneurship Media Inc. Named Fast Company’s “25 Smartest Women on Twitter”, Cosper has not only been reporting and commenting on the world of entrepreneurship, she has been shaping it through the pages of a magazine that has seen meteoric growth, and become the most respected resource in its field.
As the Editor in Chief of Entrepreneurship magazine, Cosper knows what it means to innovate, create and disrupt an industry – and an economy.
Jonathan Løw (Denmark)Entrepreneur and speaker
Born in 1978 in Denmark’s second largest city, Aarhus, Jonathan Løw has previously been nominated as Entrepreneur of the Year
and named “a leader celebrating human rights” by the Financial Times. Løw is a serial entrepreneur and former Head of Marketing at KaosPilots. He also has a background as investor and investment manager in the accelerator and investment company Accelerace. He is co-founder of the startup Sprout – the world’s first pencil that you can plant and turn into fresh herbs and vegetables.
Løw will be talking about how startups can change the world.
Morten Lund (Denmark)Chairman
Morten Lund is part artist part investment banker based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
He has founded or co-invested in more than 200 high-tech startups in the last 20 years. These include Skype, Tradeshift, AirHelp & Hippocorn.
Aslan Maleki (USA)Chief Operating Officer - and winner of University Startup World Cup 2015
Aslan Maleki was born in Iran, and came to the United States of America at age three. He graduated with his Bacholers of Science from the University of Oklahoma in 2015. In college his academic expose was in the fields of petroleum and busines. He has experience in marketing, sales, research, and management. Having work experience from a small family owned and opetated business to working within a Fortune 500 company. Currently he is emplyed at Mercedes-Benz Jaguar Volvo of Oklahoma City as a salesperson and also the Chief Operating Officer of VesaliusMed, LLC.
Alex Read (Canada)Global Chair
A seasoned entrepreneur, Alex owns several businesses across North America. These include a number of franchises with 1-800-GOT-JUNK? and You Move Me; and the entrepreneurial success toolkit “Make Anything Work”.
Alex brings to everything a wealth of international business and leadership experience having worked in several countries around the world; including the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Bahrain and Canada. Previously in his career he worked in a variety of senior leadership roles for companies such as American Express and 1-800-GOT-JUNK?
He is the current Global Chair for the GSEA (Global Student Entrepreneur Awards), hosted by Entrepreneurs Organization (EO).
